Return Policy

Trading Card Boxes & Cases

Due to the ever-changing nature of the card market, all sales are final. 

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances happen. We may consider return requests only if they are submitted on the same day your package is marked as delivered. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with the factory seal fully intact.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours. If a return is authorized for reasons other than an error by The Awesome Card Shop, a restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the return of the damaged package at our expense and issue a replacement if stock permits.

Important: If the shipping box looks damaged, do not open it. We cannot accept returns for shipping damage if the parcel has been opened/unsealed by the customer, even if the damage occurred during transit.

Manufacturer Errors & Quality Control

The Awesome Card Shop is not responsible for production issues, such as cards damaged inside the pack, print lines, or missing "hits"/inserts. These are manufacturer defects and must be addressed directly with the company that produced the cards.

We are happy to provide you with the necessary contact information to resolve these issues. Please note that manufacturers typically only honor replacement requests within one year of the product's release date.
