Where do you ship?

We proudly ship throughout the continental United States.

What shipping options do you offer?

Based upon the size of your order and location you will have various shipping options at checkout. To estimate the cost of shipping for your order you can utilize our shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

If you're in the Las Vegas area, we offer in-store pickup! Select the in-store pickup option at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Do you ship pre-order items?

Absolutely! Pre-order items will ship on their official release date.

What's your policy on damaged or lost packages?

We take every precaution to pack your cards safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately, and we'll work to resolve the issue quickly.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Militay addresses?

United States Postal Service (USPS) is available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or United States Military Addresses (APO, AP, FPO) at domestic prices. Individual rates will vary based on your location and shipping weight of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or 3 day upgrade for these orders.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Orders over $700 may require a signature upon delivery.

Where can I ship my order to?

Shipping address requirements vary based on the type of payment used.

Credit Cards - Shipping address must match the billing address that is associated with your credit card.

PayPal - All PayPal orders must ship to the confirmed address that is associated with your PayPal account.

To ensure the validity of each transaction and for the safety of ourselves and our customers, the above rules apply. If you need to ship to a different address than is associated with your method of payment, please contact us first.

If an order is placed with a mismatch of the billing and shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment at the time of purchase. We will contact you with the information on how to place your order.
